.msi file will not install through GPO

I am trying to push a .msi Goto file to a few computers. I have forced a GPO update and it shows it is being pushed to the computer but the file is not installed. We have several other objects that are successful but not this new .msi file.

I check the error logs on the pc and receive this error The description for Event ID 0 from source gupdate cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

The .msi file is on a local server and the GPO is pointing to that file. I can connect to the file through the UNC path.

I am at a loss. Goto can't assist with GPO pushes. Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it?

Thanks.
