Issues after Windows 11 Upgrade

So I manage upgrades in an enterprise environment. We are starting to roll out Windows 11 to users. I have a silent script that dose this. However due to some machines not having TPM I have resorted to using the Microsoft approved keys to bypass this. So the upgrade works and users begin using their upgraded machines. However after a couple of days of usage the machine pegs out at 100% disk usage and/or simply blue screens sometimes leaving the primary C drive partition in a "RAW" state. Doesn't happen to every machine but 1 in 7 or 1 in 10 this happens.

I can't find anything specific to this online about this particular situation so hoping someone on here can help.

    Hello

First of all, can you provide the error code of the blue screen to help find the cause?

Second, is the machine on which this is happening script-upgraded or key-upgraded, or both?

For the machine with 100% disk usage, try to check the specific process or program through the task manager or event log.
