Trying to publish an onprem sharepoint 2019 via app proxy. The login works very well and I can see the sharepoint home. But when I try to access any library like Documents or Pages it just hangs, like it is waiting for something. The dots moving across the top of the screen. No settings cogwheel or account details.

Eventlog in App proxy logs nothing.

If I access the sharepoint directly, all the libraries work. The current setup is an app proxy and a test sharepoint on server 2019, domain joined and in the same subnet.

There are several things that could be causing the issue you're experiencing when trying to access SharePoint libraries via app proxy. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check if there are any errors in the SharePoint logs: You can check the SharePoint ULS logs to see if there are any errors related to the libraries that you are trying to access via app proxy. If there are any errors, they can provide some clues as to what might be causing the issue.

Check if the SharePoint site is configured for HTTPS: App Proxy requires that the back-end application be published with HTTPS. Ensure that your SharePoint site is properly configured for HTTPS.

Check if the app proxy connector is correctly configured: Ensure that the app proxy connector is properly installed and configured. Make sure that it's pointing to the correct SharePoint site and that the configuration is correct.

Check if there are any firewall or network issues: Ensure that the appropriate firewall ports are open between the app proxy and SharePoint servers. Also, ensure that there are no network issues preventing communication between the app proxy and SharePoint servers.

Check if the user has the necessary permissions: Ensure that the user accessing the SharePoint libraries via app proxy has the necessary permissions to access those libraries.

Check if there are any customizations or third-party add-ins that could be causing the issue: If there are any customizations or third-party add-ins installed on the SharePoint site, try disabling them temporarily to see if they are causing the issue.

Once you have gone through these troubleshooting steps, you should be able to identify the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
