We have a mailbox that is setup as a shared mailbox, but they would like to use the MSBooking for me feature. I gave it a M365 Business Pro license, but it won't show the option to create the booking for me. It will go to setup Booking, but if I go to booking for me, it says you don't have a license. Microsoft Booking is selected in the license. Do I need to change the account to a User Mailbox to get this to work?
Afaik the feature is only available for user mailboxes, not shared ones.
That's what I figured, just wanted to make sure since I would have to go and deal with the password reset on people's computers that access the mailbox currently.
