VSS deployment via GPO

Is there any official way, confirmed by Microsoft specialists, how to roll out Volume Shadow Copy service to servers farm within a domain via a Group Policy?

The GPO should contain settings to enable VSS on servers AND set limit e.g. 15% on disk usage (referring to default local C: drive/volume). I am looking to have a restriction on space allocation, not leaving it as UNBOUND.

I am aware of unofficial workarounds using sc.exe etc. or redirections to 3rd party websites even from MS Tech support forum, where Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of the information.

Would it be possible to get relevant and direct answer to my question? Thank you.
