How to fix teams file upload and sharing to guest users?

Hi,

I have added a guest user for MS Teams for communication. We have invited them as guests but we are having issues with file and content sharing. Also, the upload/clip logo is not appearing on the window chat with them.

Some guest users have an upload/clip logo but have errors when sending the file. On the guest user end, they are only seeing it as blank.

Configuration is the same and no changes have been done with Teams admin but currently, we are having this issue. It was working before but now it is not the same.

    Hi @EJ - IT

    Do you have the same problem in Teams web client?

    Based on my knowledge, The external communication needs to be enable on the Sharepoint site where this is associated so the guest/external users can upload files. Please see the link for allowing External users in Sharepoint:
