This requires you to set the password for local "Administrator" account of the server, which will become a member of the "Domain Administrators" group and has access to computers in the domain.

Just give it a password that meet the requirement.

P.S.: Someone has reported this for screenshot not in English, but I think it can't be helped because people often can't choose what is the language of the system to be installed (the director or other authoritative staffs in the IT department have the say of this)
