Azure subscription error with new owner

Good morning, we are facing the following problem. we changed the azure subscription owner and now neither the previous global administrator has access to the subscription nor the new subscription owner can see in azure portal the subscription.

any help?

    Hi

    Thank you for asking this question on the Microsoft Q&A Platform.

    Either of the global admins should go to your Azure Active Directory >> Properties: In Access management for Azure resources switch to yes

    After that, in your subscription blade be sure that you have uncheck the global filter

    With that, you should be able to see all subscriptions and do troubleshoot your issue.
