I have a Teams Site in o365. There are a groups of people that i need to have edit rights for the pages/libraries on that site.

However someone has edited the Navigation.

Ideally I would like to restrict the ability to do that to a very few people. If not I would like to at least know who has edited it.

    Based on your description, I understand that you want to some users can edit pages and libraries but cannot edit navigation.

    You could grant these users unique permissions for pages and libraries. In the site collection, you could grant them read permission.
