Unable to delte Azure Storage Account

Hi All,,

Any encounter this error below when trying to removed/delete Azure storage account?

Management operations are not allowed until migration is committed or aborted.

*Run command using PS, Azure CLI and Cloudshell

Move-AzureStorageAccount -Abort -StorageAccountName $storageAccountName

az storage account delete --ids /subscriptions/{SubID}/resourceGroups/{ResourceGroup}/providers/Microsoft.Storage/storageAccounts/{StorageAccount} 

Remove-AzStorageAccount -ResourceGroupName "RG01" -Name "mystorageaccount"

az storage account update -g <resource-group> -n <storage-account> --set kind=StorageV2 --access-tier=<Hot/Cool>

*Permissions were checked, no locks, no policy

Any thoughts?

    As I understand you have installed PowerShell ASM module and perform the commit operation with classic admin rights?

    Migrate a storage account
    Based on the error message : unable to delete storage account until a previously-initiated migration (a process of transferring data from one location or system to another) is either completed or cancelled. This is likely a restriction put in place to ensure consistency and prevent data loss or corruption during the migration process.

    Since you have already tried the few troubleshooting steps for deleting the storage account , I would recommend to contact Azure Support this requires 1*1 investigation on the issue.  If you have a support plan, I request you file a support ticket, else please do let us know, we will try and help you. The support team will work closely with you and provide speedy resolution.
