Windows Server 2012R2 "KB5022352" patch download stop at 95%.
The problem occurred only on 7 out of 12 servers, not on all of them.
If I download and apply the patch files individually, will the patches still be applied correctly from next month onwards?
It's worth a try, download and install the SSU

Tried the following to resolve the problem:
Administrator command prompt:
DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /SCANHEALTH
DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /CHECKHEALTH
DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH
SFC /Scannow
But this did not resolve the problem.
Tried KB5018922 as suggested by Dave Patrick, then retried KB5022352, but still got:
