Do you use Exchange Online or Exchange Server Dedicated vNext with sync to Azure AD? For integration with on-premises, it's highly recommended that you have an Exchange full Classic Hybrid deployment with Exchange Server 2016 or later. Otherwise you can't provide calendar integration from Teams to mailboxes on-premises https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/exchange-teams-interact

Please click on this 3 dots and search for calendar ( or you can see the calendar icon). Right click on it and press on pin
If you are using the same mail id for both teams and outlook it will sync automatically.

As NithinShankar-6258 said, search the Calendar app in Teams client.
If still no luck, please check if your account has been assigned the Exchange online license in Microsoft Teams 365 admin center.

2020-10-05T07:23:40.007+00:00 @Nithin Shankar the 3 dots was the first thing i checked and it's not there, I'm also using same email for both and it doesn't sync as you said. i removed the whole office package and installed from scratch i also signed out and both didn't solve anything
@Sharon Zhao-MSFT @Henning Lorang yes it has but i'll double check with IT if not.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks!
