Hi,
the Microsoft.DbForPostgresql resource provider is taking too long to register. I get this message at notifications window:
'Register' operation check timed out on Resource Provider 'microsoft.dbforpostgresql', please refresh resource providers list to check for registration status
If I try to unregister, I'm getting the same.
My user is full admin / owner, and I could register other providers with no problems.

As I understand from the problem for the register of the Microsoft.DbForPostgresql, it is strange and not expected. I would recommend you to please file a support ticket for deeper investigation and in case if you don't have a support plan, do let us know here so that we can check on other options to unblock you.
