For Azure Storage Redundancy setting, how to check logs to see who changed the setting on which date

1. For Azure Storage, need to see who changed the Redundancy setting and on which date. Checked in Activity log but it is not available.
2. Does MSFT support have more access to logs and tell us?

Also, for future control of the activities in your Storage Account, you can monitor Azure Blob Storage by creating a Diagnostic setting in Azure Monitor
