Hello,

Please i need your help on this issue.

We noticed that our Microsoft Teams Room Andriod devices lack dial pads and join by ID features, compared to our Microsoft Teams Room Windows devices.

However, there is no mention of this in the comparison page, and dial pads is even included in the product description.

Is there any additional setup needed for these features?

    Hi @Iniobong Nkanga

Have you assigned the required licenses to the resource account?

Refer to this link: What license do you need?

MTR-A devices do not support Join by ID yet. That is planned later this year.

As for the dial pad, ensure you’ve assigned a calling plan and license to the resource account. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-add-on-licensing/microsoft-teams-add-on-licensing#which-microsoft-capabilities-are-available-with-my-plan
