How to take a feed back for my certification exam

Question

In don't pass my online MB 300 exam certification, thats why i want my feed back results.

In my Microsoft Learn Profile > Certifications, i have my exam result but it says (error), i click on "View details whit provider site" and doesn't happens.

Please tell my, how can i see my feed back.
