Hello, I have a big problem with my account. My recovery email is the same as I log in and Google won't let me change it. And some time ago I was robbed and I can't change my account to my new access to Microsoft Authentication because my phone number was replaced, I ask Google's central for help. This email is very old and I have a lot of stuff in it.

    If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form

    Use the Get Help app here to chat online with someone by clicking link

    then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app
