Azure account signup problem

While creating a new account at azure.com. When I'm trying to get verification code to verify phone number. when I click on Send Text or Call me, I get an error on new page "We’re unable to validate your phone number".

"Reenter your SMS verification code or try again with a different phone number."

Then I tried with a new phone number, but the problem still exists. I tried it with country code and without country code. Kindly help me with this.

    To resolve this issue - "Reenter your SMS verification code or try again with a different phone number."

    Help us with correlation id, timestamp or fiddler trace at the time of issue to investigate further.
