Acoount locked, merge certifications

Hello I need to merge my certification profile to my new cert profile since the other one is locked and I already sent a request for the account to be unlocked again but the process of recovering it is around 2 days. I need to book an exam now so I'm planning to used other personal acc and merge it with the personal acc that is locked. Can someone help me on this? Thank you.
