Migrate files and folders with permissions to Sharepoint

Question

Hi,

I have a fileserver and sharepoint. The users AND security groups have been synced. (The AD Connect has been stopped at this point)

On the file server, folders permissions have been setup with AD security groups.

If I use the Sharepoint Migration Tool and choose to save the permissions I don't see any security group assigned to the folders in the newly created document library?

What can I do to solve this?
