Azure DevOps roll-up column not showing

Hi Community,

I failed to find the right tags, but this question is in relation with Azure DevOps Boards.

Within Boards, we are using the function of Backlog. Within Backlog we have added a column named Progress by User Story, Progress by Bug. We have the structure of Epic, Feature, Bug/User Story. The structure is filled with many epics, many child features and even more bugs/user stories.

The error we get in the Roll-up columns are: We are still processing data into Analytics.

Im only an end-user that uses the functionalities that are provided. I am no administrator or such. Analytics function is working fine. We can view any type of data, sums or other sorts of numeric values inside the tab Analytics within Backlog function. What steps do I need to undertake to solve this particular issue?

We are running this version: Version Dev19.M214.1 (AzureDevOps_M214_20230111.1)
