Chart view in Project Web App not showing all team members

Hi
We have an instance of the Project Web App attached to a Teams group provisioned through a SharePoint register.
The team members are added from the MS group they are a member of. The PM is adding tasks and allocating team members. Only 2 of the team members appear in the Chart view, but all team members appear in the other views (grid, board, gantt etc). The team members have been added correctly and tasks are up to date. We can't figure out why only 2 appear in the Chart view. Any suggestions?
