Facing issue while filling last name for scheduling AZ-900 exam

Hi Team,

In all my Govt. issued Identification, last name is not mentioned, all the Govt. issued Identification only contains my "First name". So, I am not able to fill the last name while scheduling for AZ-900 exam. As it is mandatory to fill last name in exam registration form, and I don't have a last name mentioned in any of my Govt. issued Identification, please suggest me how should I register for AZ -900 exam.
