Good day,
More and more people within our organization have this problem, the only solution that our helpdesk can come up with is to reset the entire laptop to factory settings.
The problem that pops up from one moment to the next (usually at startup while everything worked the previous day, sometimes after an update mid-day) is as follows:
- Start button no longer functions
- Windows key in combination with eg the p no longer works
- Outlook has stopped working
- Teams no longer works
- Server can no longer be accessed (open documents, etc.)
When Teams or Outlook are opened via the browser, it works.
Are there people who recognize this and have found a less drastic solution? Personally, I find it strange that a full reset is the only solution.
We work with Windows 10, would updating to 11 help? Doesn't come automatically with us.
