Hello,

I have problems after installing update KB5022282.

  1. Windows Explorer (File manager) doesn't seem to open anymore.
  2. The desktop tries to restart every 5/10 seconds.
3 So I can no longer open applications from the desktop.
  3. The taskbar does the same as the desktop.

To be sure that it was the update that caused this problem, I came back a few days before installing it, and everything is working normally. Note that I tried to reinstall it but the same problems blocked me from working.

    Hello there,

If the issue is caused by an update then all we can do is raise this in the feedback hub and wait for a workaround by Microsoft.

You can raise feedback to the Microsoft team. The Feedback Hub app lets you tell Microsoft about any problems you run into https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/send-feedback-to-microsoft-with-the-feedback-hub-app-f59187f8-8739-22d6-ba93-f66612949332

Try changing the language settings to English if its set to another and see if that helps
