I have one user I am having this issue with. When she logs in she gets the multi factor authorization. Several times throughout the day she will get it as well. She can be away from her desk for a short meeting and when she comes back, she must go through the authorization again. She can go from one tab in her web browser and back to her 365 account and has to go through the sign in again. Others do not have this problem. Any solutions? Thanks

    Hi Dave,

I would verify that you do not have a Cloud App Security policy that causes her to re-sign in:

There are some policies that allow you to cause a user to re-sign in or suspend them if the policy has an alert.

    Hello there,

I would suggest evaluating session lifetime policies.

Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) has multiple settings that determine how often users need to reauthenticate. This reauthentication could be with a first factor such as password, FIDO, or passwordless Microsoft Authenticator, or to perform multifactor authentication (MFA). You can configure these reauthentication settings as needed for your own environment and the user experience you want.

Optimize reauthentication prompts and understand session lifetime for Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/concepts-azure-multi-factor-authentication-prompts-session-lifetime

Hope this resolves your Query !!
