Hey there,
I do have an Azure app service with a custom domain and an app service certificate. Now I want to delegate a subdomain of that (e.g. subdomain.mydomain.com) to an external server, not provided by Azure. I'm wondering how to set this up.

azure is not involved.
the register of your domain name should have DNS tools to create a new sub domain and assign a cname record and with ipaddress of your external service (just as required with the azure custom name).
Nope. It is a custom app service domain created and regsitered in azure. And now Im wondering where to do this settings.
