AZ 900 certification exam discount code not working

I attended the online Microsoft Fundamentals Seminar on January 11<sup>th</sup> and 12th. Five business days later, I followed the exam scheduling link from the original email and attempted to link this email to the account I created to sign up for the exam. I received a verification code, but when I tried to link the account the very first time, I received an error code that said that the accounts were already linked. However, when I tried to sign up for the examination, I did not receive a discount. 

I am unsure what to do about this error, and my teammates were able to receive the discount with no issue. I used this email to sign up for the webinar and received the link that provided instructions on how to sign up for the exam as well.
