SharePoint 2013 search issue after disabling TLS1.0 and TLS 1.1

We have disabled SSL and TLS 1.0 and 1.1 protocols on SharePoint 2013.

Soon after that we are receiving below error and Search crawl is not fetching and data.
Error:

The secure sockets layer (SSL) certificate sent by the server was invalid and this item will not be crawled. (0x80041223)

    Hi @Mohammed Maqsood Ali ,

    Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things. Please make sure that you are able to access the site from the crawler server side.no issues with certificates.

    1. Verify that the user account that is performing this procedure is a member of the Farm Administrators Group.
    2. In Central Administration, in the Quick Launch, select General Application Settings.
    3. On the General Application Settings page, in the Search section, select Farm Search Administration.
    4. On the Farm Search Administration page, in the Farm-Level Search Settings section, set Ignore SSL warnings to Yes and run a full crawl to compare the results. User's image

    If the issue still exists, please check ULS log to find any clues.

    To use SharePoint Log Viewer to view logs, by default SharePoint stored in .log files in 15 hive folder (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS).
