icloud detecting out of date outlook

Question

I have windows 10 and when the laptop starts my icloud detects that my outlook 2013 is not supported.

How can I disable this. I don't want Icloud popping up with messages like this. I don't use iclould emails at all and its unticked in the icloud settings. I do use Outlook emails, but not with an icloud account. And I want to keep icloud on at startup because I want to sync photos from my iphone to my windows 10 laptop.

As iCloud is not a Microsoft product I'd recommend you post it on the Apple forums:

Also, you can always upgrade your Outlook version as it will no longer be supported on April 11, 2023.
