Does Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22621.1180 broke hyper-v?

My hyper-v stoped working just after installing Insider Preview Build 22621.1180.

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Hyper-V stopped working.

    1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    2. Please try to Uninstall last Windows updates if you can.
    3. Run sfc /scannow from elevated prompt.
    4. Run below DISM commands from elevated prompt.

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
