Cannot access the "All Certifications" page in my Profile.

Question

There is not relevant tag for learn.microsoft.com issues.

I get an "Oops something went wrong. Please reload the page" error when trying to access the "All Certifications" link in my Certification Profile.
As a result I cannot access the details of my certification, print certificates etc.
I can provide my e-mail address and/or my Profile username and MCID for you to identify the issue.
