I was trying to sign in to my laptop ( windows 11 ) and it just said hibernating and turned its self off I've already tried to press the on button, a key on the keyboard and moving the mouse but it won't turn on and I don't think it died because it always says "shutting down" not "hibernating" so if anyone help me or can send me a link I would be so grateful!

    Hi Aiden,

Try unplugging your laptop and holding the power button down for 10 seconds until you see all the lights go off. Then plug your laptop back in and try powering on.

If this does not work, you can try opening your laptop up (unplug it first, remove the screws) and remove the backup batteries. Some laptops have a CMOS battery or another battery inside that may need to be detached from the motherboard.

If you do not have experience with this, you should go to a place and hire a professional.
