Hi, I would like to modify my azure PAYG subscription's billing cycle from 21-st of every month to 10th of every month.
Is it possible to modify?

Billing cycle is based on the day subscription got created. I'm afraid, there's no possibility to update billing cycle for pay as you go subscription.
