Synapse Workspace in West Europe not opening up

We have 3 synapse analytics workspaces in West Europe Region, and have been not able to open them up since today morning.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Note: Currently, we had identified there is a known issue with Synapse workspace in West Europe region and we are working with internal team to fix this issue. And I will get back to you once the issue has been fixed.

We are sufferring the same issue with accessing Synapse Analytics in West Europe, I checked the Service Health app and the service in West Europe was showing in good health, even though we couldn't access the service. This confirms there is an issue and we also double checked by logging in with our personal accounts and accessing Northern Europe but not Western Europe. Should we raise an issue with Service Health? Should that not identify these scenarios in a timely manner?
