To use Windows Admin Center, the cluster must be Arc-enabled. Register the cluster again using the latest Az.StackHCI PowerShell or a local instance of Windows Admin Center to enable Azure Arc.
Azure arc has been enabled in Windows admin center as shown in the screenshot.
