ı try exam registration process but ı have eror multiple times "The profile changes were not able to be submitted. Please try again later, or if the issue continues, Contact support. " ( giving me 5 days in trainning days).

You need select Microsoft Certfications first. Add any exam.

@Anonymous They typically respond within 1 business day, so be patient and keep checking periodically to see if your question has been responded to over there by a support person. I don't think they have started their business day yet.
