HLK Testing Error "Copying File "C:\Data\test\bin\WlanAcceptance\Te.wtl.trace" Fails "

Question

We are running HLK Tests on windows 11 pro client and HLK studio 22H2 on windows 2016 server, Most of the test cases fails due to the following error,

Cause : Copying File "C:\Data\test\bin\WlanAcceptance\Te.wtl.trace" Fails

Cause : Cannot Find Pattern "C:\Data\test\bin\WlanAcceptance\Te.wtl.trace"

Cause : The Execute Task with Commandline cmd /c TE.exe Microsoft.Test.Networking.Wireless.ScanningTests.dll /select:@Name='HlkTest.ScanningTests.ScanningTests.Scan_MultipleBSSID' /p:"ServiceBackChannelAddress=169.254.248.14" /p:DeviceSupports5Ghz=TRUE /p:"ServiceAPChannelAddress=192.168.100.50" /p:"IssueMulitpleScans=false" Failed with ExitCode 1

can we get any help on resolving this error.

The test failure might have have been rectified by a published filter or update, therefore make sure you have the most recent updates and filters for Windows HLK. Windows Hardware Lab Kit Filters is where you can find the most recent Windows HLK information.

Thank you for the suggestion, We updated the latest filter for Windows HLK as prescribed above, still we are not able to fix the above error. Is there any other solutions to this problem?
