MS Subscription Disabled

Microsoft I, need your help. Our servcie has been down since this morning. I help manage a billion dollar company and we have been customers of MS Premium services for years. Now due to a MS mistake, MS has misapplied our payments now show our bill has been unpaid and our services disabled. What makes this worse is, MS has lost it Customer Service, leaving me with no option expect to take to Social Media to hope get this corrected. Account # xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-b7a1f0609235

    If you are the tenant admin, you should raise a support ticket with Azure.

    If you are not the admin, then speak to your Tenant Admin to raise a support ticket with Azure.
