My Microsoft Learn Profile is corrupted.

I have been trying to reschedule my Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam that is scheduled in one week, but my Microsoft Learn Profile is not working properly. I clicked my icon in the upper right hand corner and then went to "Profile". Then I click on "Certifications" on the left. A message keeps coming up that says "Oops... something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again." I have reloaded the page several times and tried in 3 different browsers but I'm getting the same issue. My email is ******@hotmail.com.

    Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
