Can we have different Administrator for different APIM Product ?

Hello Team,

I have created one API Management Service it contains 2 API & also created App Insights for it.

I have also created 2 different product for my 2 APIs.

  1. When i am selecting APIs from left menu -> All APIs -> Settings -> I can see under Diagnostics Logs there are 3 Tab

Azure Monitor

Local => After selecting it can see one check box name Enable .

Want to know more about it? What is use of this enable checkbox ?

2. Can we have different Administrator for my different products ?

suppose i have 2 APIs (API1 & API2) & 2 Products (Product1 & Product2).

Can we have one administrator for Product1 & another administrator for Product2 , so that admin1 will manage product1 & admin2 will manage Product2 ?

    #1 Local Tab you see in Diagnostic Logs is a new feature to store data in APIM local for Self-Hosted Gateway version. Unfortunately, there is no documentation yet and our product team is currently working on to publish the docs. Sorry about the lack of documentation and requesting you to follow Product updates on the latest updates.

    #2 No, currently admin can edit all APIs, Products in APIM instance and I see similar feedback in the feedback forum Under Review. Please feel free to upvote this feature. Alternatively, you can add email addresses for notifications such as Subscription requests, New Subscriptions etc. (not customizable) so that additional users will receive notifications (refer Configure notifications in the portal).
