Hello,

this month the payment of subscription 5f4bc285-5aa9-45ee-ab75-b564a3c0dc83 did not go through, via the associated card, whereas in previous months there had been no problem.

I had to make the payment manually and was asked by my bank's app to authorise the payment. I called my credit card support thinking that the previous payment had failed due to my card requesting to authorise the payment via otp/app, instead they told me that the two-factor authorisation request came from Microsoft and that is why it failed. This reasoning does not make sense to me, but can you verify why the payment did not go through? My wish is that when the billing period expires, the card will make the payment automatically without asking for further authorisation as it always did.

Thank you.

Gabriele Mezzetti.

    Hi Gabriele,

The best way to speak to Azure Billing is through a support request:

    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

This is a Community Support forums and we are unable to help you process your payments/billing.

@gabriele mezzetti - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and thanks for reaching out.

Sorry for the inconvenience this must have caused!

Microsoft Azure subscription and billing related issues are currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on). I suggest you create a support request over here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue. FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/plans/

You can also try https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/options/#support-plans and ideally the “Submit a support ticket” button will work on this page for them as a first step too.

Hope this helps. and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

If the above response was helpful, please feel free to "Accept as Answer" and "Upvote" the same so it can be beneficial to the community.
