Azure Key Vault Bug in SSMS 19 Preview 4

Having an issue creating a new Column Master Key for Always Encrypted using Azure Key Vault. Getting the following exception. I logged in with my admin privileged account that has full access to the key vault and is an admin on the Azure SQL Server too.
