Why its showing in my setting that i can run windows 11 but when i check the pc health app its say my hardware is not supported. should i still update to windows 11 or not?

It would be appreciated if you could share more details about the detailed results of the Health App, as it will indicated the issue that makes it not supported.
In most cases scenario, the main issue when the system is "Eligible" but "Not Supported" means that some setting is not correct in order to proceed with the installation. The most common one should be to enable Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 in the BIOS, as this is a requirement to install and run Windows 11.
Check if it is enabled, or in case you are not confident making this change, I would recommend to post your question in a forum or community of the manufacturer of the motherboard, including the motherboard model, in order to receive specific steps on how to check or enable this setting.
