I can't delete my card from my azure account

I opened an azure account about 10 days ago. I currently have $158 azure credit. I bought VDS with my azure account, but now I have terminated that service. the problem is when i press remove my credit card it says your azure subscription is in progress and there are charges pending. how can i solve this problem?

    Hello,

    When there is an active subscription under an Azure account, associated card cannot be removed. In order to remove card you might have to delete the subscription and wait for 36-48 hours and post that when you login to Azure portal using the account you would be able to remove. If you have any discrepancy in charges incurred you can engage support for help. If not, support team cannot assist with disassociating card when there is an active subscription.
