No meetings visible outlook after certain date

When trying to invite a specific user to a meeting it shows that she has no appointments in her calendar. When I added her calendar to my overview I can see all meetings untill the 6th of January and afterwards it show nothing even if I plan a meeting with her. I have checked with her in Outlook and she has multiple meetings planned during this period. The issue is both in locally as on the webapp.

How did you view her calendar in two cases? As her delegate or something else?
If possible, please provide the screenshots of the two situations. (In order to avoid your privacy leakage, please remember to hide your personal information)
