Blocking Spam Using Windows Mail Application

Question

Hello,

I use the Microsoft Mail App on my PC to manage three accounts. I mark emails that I consider junk or spam by right clicking and choosing "Mark as Junk". This will send the message to my junk folder but is not effective moving future emails from the same sender to the junk file. Is there a way to permanently send these messages directly to junk?
