I was asked to enable a function where sending an email prompts the user with an Excel entry. My searches say it's possible, but I need to enable an Excel COM Add-in in Outlook. I cannot find this Add-in. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could point me in the right direction. Thank you.

From your description, seems that it is more related to development, please kindly understand that here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and know little about addins. To better solve your issue, I will add the tag “office-development”.

I originally posted this question in the Microsoft Community forum but was told that this area was a more appropriate forum for my question. As you said that this sounds like a development question, does that mean there is not currently an Excel COM Add-in for Outlook? Please let me know your thoughts.
