Find AutoPilot Systems Not In SCCM?

Hello all – For our AutoPilot systems, we have them as AAD joined and co-managed with our on-prem SCCM environment. However we just noticed that there are many AP systems that are not in the SCCM DB. In looking at Intune, they say they are managed by Intune. Some of the problem AP systems DID get the SCCM client installed, however for some reason it never registered properly (or tried) with SCCM. What’s the best way to identify these missing systems we need co-managed with SCCM?

    Hi, @Courtney Regan

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

We may check boundary and boundary group to see if they are configured correctly, and check locationservices.log and clientIDManagerStartup.log to see why they are not registered properly.

You may refer to the article for troubleshooting:

Intune will be the best place to identify such devices. Look under managed by for Intune. Co-managed devices will show as co-managed.
