.NET Framework 4.8 (ConfigMgr 1906 or later)
    3. IIS configuration
          Application Development:
             ISAPI Extensions
          Security:
             Windows Authentication
          IIS 6 Management Compatibility:
          IIS 6 Metabase Compatibility

Search for value 2 in mpmsi log. It will give the reason for 1603 which is a fatal error.

    Hi, @Loganathan R

Is the SCCM client agent installed on the remote MP server? If so, try to uninstall the agent using command ccmsetup.exe /uninstall. This uninstalled the client agent and deleted its related directories. Then perform a server reboot and retry the management point installation.

    Hi All,

    Thanks for all your inputs.

After reinstalling the BITS we are able to fix the issue.
